Montico Competence Development is seeking an education leader who wants to help drive the future of vocational higher education programs. About the Position

In the role of education leader, you will have a central role. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on our vocational higher education programs – always with quality and the development of the student in focus. The role entails broad responsibilities, from recruiting students and staffing with qualified educators to securing LIA placements and leading the program's management group.

You will work closely with the business community to create good conditions for our programs to maintain high quality and relevance to the labor market's needs. By driving business development, building relationships, and developing our networks, you will ensure that our programs are continuously adapted to the demands of the labor market and future competence needs.

We Are Looking For You Who

As a person, you are communicative, self-driven, and have a good ability to organize and structure your work. With a solution-focused approach and strong administrative skills, you tackle both challenges and everyday tasks with commitment. You thrive in a dynamic environment where no day is the same and are driven by contributing to people's learning and development.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Experience from vocational higher education or another role in the education sector where you have worked with learning and individual development
• Previously worked with project management, coordination, or held roles that required collaboration with various stakeholders
• Good digital competence and the ability to handle technical challenges in everyday life
• An established network within education and/or business that can contribute to the quality and relevance of the programs
• Post-secondary education, preferably with a focus on pedagogy, project management, or similar fields
• Experience in finance and administration, technology and manufacturing, as well as community building, as our programs fall within these areas
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as confidence in using English when needed
